Smart Move Properties (Estate & Letting Agents) Ltd

I rented a property from Smart Move Peterborough. It was a house share. Water and electricity formed part of the total monthly rental cost, and such costs were for the landlord. However, when I moved out after 3 months, I received a bill from Anglian Water for £350!! I am still fighting with Graham, Ken and Shailey to have this bill paid. Be careful, these agents are liars and thieves!!

Me and my wife, we just start our experience with Smart Move a week ago and in maximum 7 days we already have our house. Agent Erika is very helpful, she helped us with every step of our application and she answered fast to all our queries. I recommend Smart Move Lettings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very Intimidating behaviour towards tenants. they are rude. Always shouting on the tenants even when they are in fault. They do not have the decency to apologise for their mistakes. No at all professional. I won’t be renting home with them again just because of their behaviour. They treat as if we stay for free in their properties. And then claim that we are abusing them.

Great company to deal with. We dealt with Sam who was fantastic throughout but the whole team were friendly and professional. Sam took care of the process from start to finish and made it as smooth as possible. My partner and I sold our houses through Smart Move and highly recommend them. Wouldn’t use any other agent.

Absolutely awful company. Very very rude very abusive and always blame the tenant even when they are in the wrong. I would avoid this letting agent at all cost
