Benn Lock and Safe Ltd

Phil & Emre were absolutely fantastic from step 1. My initial email was to find out if there was anything out there to change a conservatory door to a smart lock. Phil emailed back shortly to advise they have options. We arranged a call and this guy knows his stuff. Incredibly kind as well. He offered to come over and see the site. He attended and was able to offer a perfect solution. Given his demeanour, knowledge, kindness AND clear honesty (this guy is NOT a salesman; he is a human with your best interest to hear) I started to ask about other things I was looking into i.e. CCTV, home alarm system, lock/smartlock issues in other areas, smoke alarms, electronic gate and garage door options which I can open/close/lock from anywhere in the word - THIS GUY knew it all. He told me what is a complete waste of money and what I actually need. The guy was not there to make money he was there to offer solutions at the best price and also the most practical. Anyway, from wanting one smart lock I went to have - CCTV - multiple smart locks - home alarm system - remote control from anywhere in the world to access all above and also control open/close/lock of doors - smoke alarm The guy got everything and installed within a few days and was on site for two days with Emre to do everything. Emre carried out majority of work - friendly, funny, helpful and again knowledgeable. Even the most smallest of things he did not overlook. As an example I have a door which is black. So he went out of this way to get a matching colour lock rest thing.. so instead of black door and golden lock rest thing it was a black on black; again - that's a sign of someone that actually wants the best for you. He didn't even charge for it. Before they left they made sure I knew how everything worked and re-assured me to call them if any issues ever happen. They cleaned up very well after as well. Genuinely happy I had the luck of finding these guys. Professional in service and human in approach. Thank you to both of you again.

We had an outside office door that was not locking correctly and often found to be unlocked even after turning the key correctly. Sam came out at the agreed time and knows more about locks than I could ever know (the rainman of doors and locks). He knew exactly what was required to fix the problem, and after a short period of analysis, Sam confirmed to myself the options to resolve and fix the door/lock problem. He replaced some of the internal working and then made a small adjustment to the door so that now everything works as it should and the door is correctly aligned and closes easily. I was very pleased with the whole process and would not hesitate to recommend Sam.

I was attended to by Sam for fixing my french doors. The man is an absolute gem. Takes immense pride in the work he undertakes and never lets a lock or door defeat him. Worked very hard and went beyond to make small changes but makes massive difference to our experience with the door. I would definitely recommend BENN LOCK and safe. The communication between the office staff was good. Thank you so much. Happy with the repair.

We moved house only to find we couldn’t lock the French doors at the new place so we called Bens Locks late in the afternoon. Rav answered the phone, took details and diagnosed the likely fault. He came the next morning at the agreed time, fixed the doors (alignment issue) and suggested how we could maintain our other doors & windows. Rav didn’t try and rip us off with unnecessary components when repairing the doors and I will definitely call Bens Locks if we have problems again. Recommended company.

Excellent job from taking a call regarding the problem and job done with excellent results, quickly and professionally. Thank you Bob.
