Complete Cleaning Services Anglesey

I contacted Donna over the phone, she was very helpful, asked for photos and was very precise with what she was able to achieve and the price. Donna arrived punctual, she was a very polite and pleasant lady, very well mannered, very particular with my furniture, carpets wanting to cover them up which I very much appreciated. Donna was very professional as I had very young children in my house as she was using strong chemicals to clean my oven that had not been cleaned for 10 years. Donna got straight to work on my oven. Donna was very thorough and wanted to get every bit of dirt, she was very passionate about delivering the best service for me. My cooker was smoking and setting my fire alarm off when being used and made an awful smell through my house. Donna managed to clean my oven to a excellent standard, I was shocked. She really took her time and did an amazing job. My cooker was sparkling and I could see through the glass again. Donna’s price was extremely reasonable too, I was very supposed and happy. That evening I cooked a curry and it was working so much quicker after been cleaned and no smell, no smoke and no fire alarms. I totally recommend this cleaning service, Amazing job, thank you so much Donna xxx

Had an oven clean, did a fantastic job, it’s like brand new again! Would definitely recommend

Oven clean today, 100% immaculate finish. My oven took some hard work from CCSA, I did apologise, but they were great, got into the hard work and were so professional. I had to work, but wasn't disturbed at all by their work. They went the extra mile to finish the job, and more Importantly they made sure I was happy with the job. I will use them again , and HIGHLY recommend 👌 xx

Donna and her team have gone above and beyond with a carpet cleaning job last week. I imagine it was their worst job ever and the commitment in getting the task done was truly impressive and appreciated, even power failure didn't stop the team completing the cleanup. communication was superb and I am happy to highly recommend them. Thank you, Donna and team 5 star,

The Letting Agent assures me that the standard of cleaning is "good". After making deposit and balance payments in good faith i.e. without an invoice, my messages are being read and ignored (see attached photographs). Once money had been exchanged, I've found dealing with Donna incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. No issues prior to that. All I've asked for is an invoice so that my financial bookkeeping is in order when it comes to submitting a tax return. You wouldn't think it was too much to ask, but here I am ... moaning about it in a Google review. Shame.
