*Lovely, genuine, trustworthy, professional and good value for money. Felt like my house was my home again.* Lisa and her crew (Eli and Shanelle) are amazing and I can't recommend them highly enough. Have already passed on Lisa's number to my mum and a friend. Before booking the job, Lisa took the time to come over and talk through in fine detail exactly what I wanted doing. She was warm, friendly and I *loved* her attention to detail. By the end of the walk around and chat it was really clear that not only she knew what she was doing but that she was also a good egg. She made a lsit as we went around so we both knew exactly what was to be done. It was clear from our chat about how she runs her business (she's a living wage employer for example) that she cares about and respects the people who she employs. I also liked that she used eco-friendly cleaning products. To be honest, I was nervous about having a stranger in my home - and even more nervous about having someone else clean my stuff for me (never done it before). I have limited mobility and chronic pain so cleaning is hard work and I never get beyond the basics. Added to that my house is very small and is packed with stuff. I've not had a proper clean since I moved in a handful of years ago and have had a lot of building work since. But having said all that, Lisa was so kind and genuine, she put me at my ease straight away. She took me, my house, and all my stuff totally in her stride and soon after her arriving for the walk-around I didn't feel embarrassed at all. I really appreciated that Lisa was totally clear and transparent about how much it would cost. She wanted to make sure she knew what my priorities were for cleaning. She gave me loads of options for the clean - I could set a price and she get as much done within that budget as possible (and I could priorities within that), or I could say I wanted X amount cleaning however long it took, or she could check with me as the clean went along. She also said that if I wanted to be in the house while they cleaned, they could work around me. This is a bespoke service. On the day Lisa came with Eli and Shanelle and they did a *very* deep clean. I also booked in Owain (her partner) to do the outside of the windows (also a 5* review - see his page for details). Shanelle and Eli were as warm, friendly and genuine as Lisa, which helped me feel comfortable having them in my house and leaving them to deal with my mess! All 3 of them seemed un-phased by the epic task in hand and cracked on. Lisa, Eli and Shanelle got to work making their way through my (long) list. It was really hard work - moving furniture and plants, dealing with unorganised piles of building materials, getting right under my bed and pulling out everything under it...they did it all. Hot scrubbed all the floors, cleaned all the windows and glass, cleaned and dusted everything in sight - and all in a tiny tiny space with a LOT of stuff to navigate around. They all worked hard and fast. And they clearly know what they're doing. At Lisa's suggestion, her and I did a walk around at the end to make sure everything was done that I had wanted doing and that I was happy with the job. It's clear Lisa really cares about the quality of her work. I was so delighted! My house has never felt or looked this clean - even when I moved in. Lisa, Eli and Shanelle's deep clean has made such a difference to how I'm able to manage my day-to-day life. With limited mobility and chronic pain this really did make such a difference (far more than I had thought!). It felt like my house was my home again. I've already booked Lisa and her team back for a monthly top-up clean.

10/10 clean, after having a home accident with a powder fire extinguisher, the team did a brilliant job restoring my home back to life. Lisa and the two girls did a brilliant job can't see a single speck of dust. Communication through WhatsApp is super handy and shown good understanding and explaination of what was needed, booking was easy and simple, answered every call. In cleaning: Every corner including in tiny gaps, they really did get every square inch of dust (or even fire extinguisher powder in this case). They came very prepared, especially after the situation that caused it. Can finally breath happily in the house. Will be keeping as a saved contact on my phone.

We were fortunate enough to ‘inherit’ Lisa and her team when we bought our holiday let. The house is always immaculate and this is regularly commented on by guests. They have attention to detail and communication with me through our own WhatsApp group is excellent. Fire checks are all recorded at each clean and kept digitally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cnicht to any owners wanting a really good cleaning team. They also provide a range of other services which can be useful.
