ClearView Communications Ltd

I was mis led I believed I was talking with 3, then I was told they were working with Vodafone and I end up with an O2 sim. In my 6th week now and for the last 8 hours I’ve been unable to make outgoing calls, sent 7 emails and borrowed a phone to call them, excellent response from CS who then passed me to IT who sent me a QR code that doesn’t work emailed MR ITwho appears to have gone home. Rang HO CS but they go home at 6, leave a message and if urgent someone will call !!! Absolutely diabolical ! Don’t use them !!!

I recently used Clearview for our business fire alarm installation and maintenance, and fire extinguisher servicing for My business in Colchester. The level of professionalism and expertise throughout the service was great. They were very helpful and friendly. It was a smooth and sufficient process from start to finish. can’t recommend them enough!

Highly recommend ClearView! Had them come and install new fire doors and two properties and was very pleased with the overall job. Easy to communicate with, great customer care and job was done to excellent standard. I highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future.

Clearview provides CCTV monitoring at my home in Chelmsford and I can’t recommend them enough. I feel very safe and secure knowing their operatives are monitoring my premises out of hours. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been working with Clearview for the past 5 years as at the time we needed a new intruder alarm installed at our factories in Colchester. After a few years of maintaining our intruder alarm we were so happy with the service that we decided to go with them for the maintenance of our CCTV as well as our fire alarm system and our fire door maintenance as it made sense to have one company maintain the lot. A professional team who are very helpful with an excellent customer service.
