Image Security Ltd

I have been using Image Security for the past 15 years for both domestic and commercial security and CCTV needs, and they have always done a fantastic job. Their professionalism, reliability, and quality of work are second to none. Whether for home or business, they provide top-notch security solutions with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment for an engineer visit twice , both the time it was " no show". People didn't have any courtesy to call back and apologies for no show , neither there was no follow up. Happened twice , only people who don't value another person time would do something like this , on one side security companies like verisure are pushing hard to provide same day appointments, on the contrary this company doesn't bother to honour an appointment. Very disappointed with their service.

We recently had a security system installed by Image and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. The quality of the equipment is top-notch, providing us with peace of mind knowing our property is well-protected. The installation process was seamless, and the team took the time to explain how everything works, ensuring we were comfortable with the system. Customer service has been outstanding, responsive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions. I highly recommend Image to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient security solution. Thank you for your excellent service!

Needed to update our home and business alarm and CCTV. Satta was very professional, thoroughly went through all the options and spent time to plan the best placement for cameras and monitors. He dissuaded me from a couple of items as suggested a workaround that would be much more cost effective. He fitted a strobe and alarm system activated by a push button to be used in the event of shoplifting which unfortunately is becoming much more common. His team was very courteous, tidy, professional and very punctual. They explained all the features of the systems very well. As our CCTV cameras were well past their best I am very impressed with the quality of the picture. I have no hesitation in recommending Image Security
