Our alarm which has worked perfectly since it was installed by Communicate a few years ago decided to play up today being the 5/4/2026 Easter Sunday. We rang the emergency number and within a short time engineer/ technician Scott talked us through the system and isolated the problem remotely. Also he booked a visit with a new replacement part for later this week. Our bank holiday weekend was rescued by Scott. Cheers mate. Don't know what changed with this Company but all they seem to be interested in is extracting as much money from me as possible. £145 call out fee to to fix an alarm bell that has apparently been damaged just by ringing. Not to mention the extortionate prices of replacement fire extinguishers. I'll be off at the end of this year's contract.

Always a delight to deal with this company who we’ve used for a number of years. Today our alarm was serviced by Steve who, like all the other technicians we’ve had over the years, was friendly, professional, explained everything clearly and went the extra mile . We’ve never once had an engineer be a no show or be late and this company, through from office staff to engineers, are a pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly recommend and we will continue to use in them in the future. Thank you.
