B&Q Salisbury

Excellent customer service from Frank, we wanted to purchase a door but unfortunately they were all damaged. He kindly offered some money off and we purchased the best door out of a bad bunch. All the staff on that evening were all friendly & polite. Made a change to go to a shop where the staff actually help you and be proactive.

Such lovely staff. Always a smile. I went on line looking for what I wanted. Clicked on collect and up co.es the isle number. Love it.

The store is quite big and the staff is very friendly.A big shout out to Rob who was kind enough to walk us through the steps how to put wallpaper. Not only he explained the process he also helped us find the right color for our living room.

Very unhappy with the staff not very helpful and all young and inexperienced. Needed help in the paint aisle and a girl with RED HAIR? didn’t once ask if I was okay walked past 2 times and could see I was distressed/confused but not once asked if I needed any help. Got to the queue to pay and again other younger girl staff just standing around not helping any customers with the confusion in the other self service tills? Just avoiding customers it looked like. Honestly poor staff and need more experience. 1 star!

I rang through to confirm my order for a spray paint. Was sent text to say one of my items was out of stock. ROB answered the phone and was extremely helpful and began seeking out the new stock since it had just been received into the store. He located the exact colour that I need and has put them aside for me to collect tomorrow! He couldn’t have been more helpful, thorough and very nice to talk to. Many thanks ROB!! Many thanks B & Q too 👌🤗
