Bon Accord Pest Control

We had a mouse in our flat after a problem in our building. Gabriel was excellent and spent over 2 hours finding and sealing all potential entry points across the flat as well as reassuring us and providing peace of mind. Could not recommend highly enough!

I called Bon Accord at 11:30pm in a slight panic as I had a sudden infestation of flying bugs that evening and wanted to book in an inspection / extermination immediately for the next day. Gabriel offered to review the photos I had taken to immediately determine what the issue was and offered solutions which promptly solved the issue without the need for their services. Where other providers may then attempt to squeeze in an inspection to take a fee, he told me that that wasn’t required as my solution was a quick fix and no fee would be charged for his advice. I really appreciated his transparency and friendliness - and highly recommend his services. Thanks so much again Gabriel!

We had a suspected carpet beetle infestation and called Bon Accord Pest for help. Gabriel, the technician, came to our home three times and was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. He was always punctual, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. From the very first visit, Gabriel reassured us by identifying the issue quickly and thoroughly. He explained the treatment plan in detail and gave us great advice on how to prevent the problem from returning. Each visit was carried out with care and precision, and we really appreciated his calm, informative approach. Thanks to Gabriel and the Bon Accord team, the issue has been resolved, and we feel confident it won’t come back. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with pest issues — truly outstanding service!

I had a great experience with Gabriel from Bonaccord Pest Control. He was friendly, reliable, and professional, taking the time to thoroughly explain what was needed to solve my mice problem. What really stood out was his approach—rather than offering a quick fix, he focused on a permanent solution, ensuring I wouldn’t have recurring issues just to call them back again. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency, which gave me confidence in the service. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Gabriel and Bon Accord Pest Control highly enough. My wife and I were away last week and our kids called in a panic as they'd seen and smelt a rat in the house. We called Bon Accord and Gabriel - amazingly! - came round that afternoon to catch it. He left bait at possible entry points. He returned a couple of days later to survey our house including inspecting the roof. He worked out the likely entry point and left more bait and a motion sensitive camera. He came back again a third time and confirmed where the rats were getting in. He and his colleague fitted a blocker to hopefully prevent them returning along with more bait to test his plan. He'll come back in a week's time to check. I'd give Bon Accord six stars if I could! Gabriel and his colleague were responsive, professional and courteous. He's on speed dial and will recommend him to everyone I know.
