Worst company I have ever dealt with. My contract was transferred to them when Bisset Waste folded, and they have treated me as an inconvenience ever since. They could not organise their way out of a paper bag, let alone recycle it. Any excuse to not collect and they’ll take it. Customer service is non existent, zero communication, zero respect for their customers. Do not use this company, the time and stress of chasing them repeatedly for missed collections is just not worth it. And they will have the gall to charge YOU for a wasted journey when they didn’t bother to come and pick up the waste!

Reckless and irresponsible speeding observed this morning by Biffa lorry driver in our residential area, close to primary schools - shows a total disregard for the communities you serve and public safety, Biffa. You might have targets to meet, Biffa, but think about the potential cost to life! Not a good look for the company! Police Scotland and Edinburgh City Council take note and please act now before someone gets seriously injured by this company’s HGV’s in our local (20 mph speed limit) neighbourhoods/ residential area roads.

Every single week collections are missed. They never contact you. If you use this company you will spend more time trying to contact them about missed collections than they will collecting your bins. The worst company I've ever dealt with and that's no exaggeration

Wouldn't even rate one star. Bins don't get emptied on days they are scheduled too. Constantly have to call and re-arrange collections. Customer services are always lovely on the phone but communication between departments is awful. AVOID. Nothing but hassle and waste of time out of working day trying to get through to them on phone.

Our waste contract was transferred from Viridor to Biffa after a takeover of the Viridor tradewaste arm. Service levels have slipped, and they keep trying to service our trade waste in hours (5am) that legally we can't have waste on the street due to Edinburgh By-laws. All contact has to go through the customer contact centre and they are about as much use as chocolate teapot. AVOID
