Back2basics Maintenance Ltd

I needed a new bathroom suite installed so called Back2basics and spoke with Jason who arranged to come and look at the work involved and provide me with a price which was extremely competitive. As part of the work Back2basics installed new plasterboard to the ceiling, installed new floor and wall tiles as well as install the bathroom suite and cupboards. I can highly recommend Back2basics to complete a first class project in your home. They arrived at 9am each day, cleared up any mess at the end of the day and went the extra mile to make sure both my partner and I were more than satisfied with the work completed.

I wanted some nice new blinds for our two of our upstairs rooms as we only had net curtains, after a pleasant chat over the phone, Jason from Back2Basics came round at a time that was good for me and measured up the windows, gave us a good quote and allowed us to pick the material for the blinds of our choosing. 10 days later he returned and fitted the blinds and they look fantastic, I am so pleased with them. Jay was very friendly, super approachable and nothing seemed too much trouble. While he was round I asked his advice on a few jobs around that house that needed looked at, if they were very simple he offered to do them no extra charge and if not gave me a very competitive quote. It's hard to find tradesman that you really feel you can trust and are so nice especially for someone like myself who has very limited knowledge of anything DIY. None of my questions were deemed silly and Jay was happy to talk to me about anything I asked. I will be using Back2Basics going forward in the future, as they did the work really fast, to a high standard and with a smile.

I had quite a few jobs done in and outside the house by Back2basics. All different types, from painting to repairs to putting pictures up on walls. I was so pleased with the quality of work and care that Jason took. Jason offers a friendly service and was very professional. He takes pride in his work and was very thorough. While he was waiting for the paint to dry he even asked me what else he could do around the house. I can’t recommend Jason enough. You will not be disappointed!

I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Jason at Back2basics: He is reliable, helpful and his charges are very reasonable. He supplied and fitted a new garden gate and assembled a wardrobe for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We are planning a new patio and will definitely have Jason do the work for us.

We recently moved in and the house was not in great shape so we contacted Jason for plumbing work and to get some other quotes. One of the best handyman I saw in Chelmsford. 100% reliable and genuine. Can’t fault the service at all and will definitely contact him again.
