Friendly, capable people with a spotless workshop. Replacement of the front windscreen was a doddle all the way from making the insurance claim, booking online with Autoglass and having the work done. The communication about the appointment was clear and followed up with polite reminders. Great service. I’d happily recommend them to anyone who needs a window replaced on their vehicle.

All excellent. Booking helped solve an issue, glass was ordered and an appointment arranged in no time, only a few days waiting. All staff were very welcoming, professional and worked to the highest standard. Branch was spotless and amenaties generously offered. Couldn't have been better. Thank you so very much all.

This branch is FANTASTIC, friendly knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond for a good customer experience. Sadly they are let down by a central infrastructure that is more focused on up selling rather than true customer experience. The wrong screen was sent to the branch on two separate occasions. Still a month on i have heard nothing from my website submitted complaint. If you have a choice avoid Autoglass. They care more about dividends than customers.

Popped in after a windscreen crack. Mark looked at it immediately, spoke to the advisor on the phone for me to confirm it's a left hand drive and to ensure they ordered the correct screen (different part number). Screen amazingly arrived within 3 days (not a standard screen being LHD), appointment booked and then Chris managed to fix the crack saving the need for the new screen. Top service from start to finish. Thank you all.

Brilliant service. Richard was extremely professional and took care of the front windscreen with extreme care.. He explained everything as I arrived and was really friendly. He did an excellent job of replacing the glass and re-calibrating the camera. Great customer service. His colleagues Tony and Kevin were very cheerful and made me feel at home. I’m really pleased with the high level of professionalism and I highly recommend them.
