Halfords Bangor Gwynedd

Visited the cycle department upstairs in order to purchase a bike for my daughter. The first member of staff I spoke to didn't know about bikes as she normally works downstairs in automotive, we waited around 20 minutes for another staff member who eventually came to serve us, he also couldn't answer some of our questions so went off to find the 'Expert' the said expert was too busy! We were informed that they don't keep a full range of bikes in stock and to go online to have a look, yet another problem, no mobile signal at the store, the store can't even be bothered having wifi installed so customers don't have to come back, the staff member did say that it's a known problem! Went to the store to spend money buying a new bike and frankly the service was so poor we gave up.

I booked a free Aircon diagnostic service at the store. From start to finish, I had a fantastic experience. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Kept me updated and explained the process in full. I was informed of the price prior to the work and was asked if I wish to continue. The process of booking online was also easy and straightforward. Thank you very much for making the whole experience simple.

I visited Halfords autocentre in Bangor. The team there showed exceptional courtesy in dealing with my queries. They fixed everything on my care with great efficiency. In particular, Alex and Tom showed great diligence in sorting out tricky problems. I thoroughly recommend this autocentre and will use again.

Wayne and the team at Halfords Bangor really are excellent. We have been using them since we moved to North Wales 5 years ago for our MOT and servicing, and they are always consistent, kind and professional. They have also gone above and beyond on at least two occasions to help us at short notice when we were in trouble due to forgotten MOTs or tyre problems. Thank you all - we really appreciate it.

First class service at Halfords, Bangor Gwynedd North Wales.the young lady Kayleigh was very helpful and kind. She made all the efforts with my enquiries and went the extra mile to help. Very pleased with the service and help. Many thanks.
