APA Property Services Ltd

Dr. Antino is an exceptional party wall expert. His professionalism, integrity and calm guidance gave me confidence during an incredibly stressful litigation process. I trusted him every step of the way. He gave evidence in court that was on point, clear and confidently presented, breaking everything down for the judge with in depth explanations. His exceptional knowledge of party wall matters, attention to detail, and fact driven reports were invaluable and thanks to his work, we won our case on all points. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Philip Antino of APA was recommended to me by a good friend. I commissioned Philip to help design a major house extension, and he also obtained all the necessary approvals and party wall matters. Philip supervised the building work. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge throughout the project. I have continued to seek his advice over the years on many aspects of building and property related matters. I recommend Philip without hesitation.

APA Property Services have been incredibly useful in my party wall dispute. Dr Antino's diligence & attention to detail has been invaluable. I would have no hesitation in recommending APA Property Services to anyone who is in need of an extremely good expert on party wall matters.

APA Property services provided us with expert advice on the Party Wall Act which has been second to none. Phil Antino supported us when our existing Surveyor deemed himself incapacitated. We would recommend his services to anyone. The service has been exceptional and prompt.

As a leaseholder I was not aware of my rights with regards to the Party Wall Award when the landlord of the building decided to build flats above my property. Luckily for me I was put in touch with Philip Antino of APA Property Services Ltd. Philips knowledge and understanding of the laws governing the Party Wall Award were both reassuring and impressive. His Professionalism is second to none as he takes into consideration all aspects of the task in hand and works in a manner that is fair and considerate, respecting both parties. Under the protection gained from APA I was able to have peace of mind knowing that my property would be secure whilst the work was in progress and that damages would be covered. I can't speak highly enough of the service that was provided by Philip, 10 out of 10 feels like a low score for someone who works to a high standard and who took away all the stress and worry of the whole situation.
