Zenith Security Co.

I contacted Zenith Security Solutions after previously being sold an NVR elsewhere that simply wasn’t fit for purpose. From the very first conversation, their team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to properly understand my setup, offered clear and honest advice, and ensured I purchased the right NVR for my needs this time. What really impressed me was that they offered full aftercare and ongoing support before I had even made the purchase. There was absolutely no pressure — just genuine expertise and reassurance that they would be there if needed. The NVR I purchased from them has been perfect, and everything is working exactly as it should. Although I haven’t needed to use the aftercare, knowing it was there from the outset gave real peace of mind. That level of service is rare these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zenith Security Solutions to anyone looking for trustworthy advice and excellent customer service.

Fantastic company, first class help and support. I would recommend Zenith to anybody looking to installing cctv or alarms. I can't fault them. Ian B and I Communications Swansea

One of the best security camera shops around, would 100% recommend.

This seems to be a joke or a front for something. I ordered an alarm system from their website. Paid. Got the order confirmation via email. Waited a week. Nothing. Checked the bank and had been refunded. No email to say the order had been cancelled. No communication whatsoever. I don't know why I was refunded or why the equipment wasn't sent out. Waste of time.

Professional and very high standard of services provided by the whole Zenith team , with a wealth of knowledge and experience to support your every need with regards to your specific security product requirements with their extensive variety of products stocked. Highly recommended. Thank you again for helping our family feel more safe and secure.
