Blackwood IT Limited

We cannot recommend Blackwood IT highly enough! Right from our very first contact with Louise, the service and communication we have received has been absolutely exemplary. Louise was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to understand our business and making sure we had exactly the right products and level of IT support in place for our needs. Lee was the technician who looked after our onboarding, and he was equally fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient – no question was ever a silly question! His attention to detail was second to none, and he was meticulous in making sure everything was set up correctly, securely and working exactly as it should before he finished. We are only at the beginning of our journey with Blackwood IT, but already the level of service, communication and support has far exceeded what we experienced with our previous IT support provider. If you are looking for an IT company that genuinely cares about its clients, communicates brilliantly and provides that next level of IT support as standard, we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Blackwood IT. A huge thank you to Louise, Lee and the team – we are so pleased we made the move! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have been working with Blackwood for several months now and are so grateful for their support. We are a small business that need the occasional IT support (as none of us are experts!) and Blackwood have been invaluable to us and our IT operations.

We've been working with Blackwood for several months now and our experience has been nothing by positive. Customer service is excellent, the team have responded quickly and have done everything they can to help every time we have contacted them. Highly recommended. Looking forward to working with Blackwood for years to come.

Blackwood IT have recently taken over our IT services at Three Roses Homes, and the service has been nothing short of outstanding. From the initial visit through to now, we’ve received a true 5-star experience ⭐️ Everything has been clearly explained in a way that’s easy to understand, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We have been using Blackwood over at Carvers Building Supplies for a year or so now and their dedication and support are second to none. What initially started as server support has now moved into other aspects such as cyber security and managed services. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.
