I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The practitioner was very professional, punctual, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire ear wax removal procedure. Everything was clean, hygienic, and well organised. They explained each step clearly, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout, which really helped me feel comfortable and reassured. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a professional and friendly ear wax removal clinic.

Really easy to book in, I got accommodated at super short notice. Very fair price considering the service you get as well as the advice. Doing this review off my own back due to how happy I was with the service, it was quick, easy and pain free and you get to see before and after of your ears which I found to be quite interesting too! Overall would definitely recommend I had a very positive experience here.

Excellent service from this company from 1st contact to the end. A one stop shop!!! Appointment booked via WhatsApp, I was seen within a day (they had given me a choice of appointments). On arrival greeted and went straight into the surgery room. I filled out a medical form and questions were asked to build a picture of my problem. Then my ears were assessed before any procedure was conducted. This was done via a camera and the pictures were shown to me and explained. Then I had the micro suction procedure done, liquid was sprayed into my ear to release the wax as it was dry and flaky. No pain, a bit noisy but that is what I expected. Whole procedure for both ears took about 15 minutes. Then the camera was put back into my ear to show the results. It was also explained what I was seeing in the pictures and told that I needed to get some antibiotic spray. They even contacted my doctor by email to tell them what I needed whilst I was there. I just phoned my doctor the next day and the prescription was there for me to collect. I cannot fault this company, they can’t improve in their already excellent service. I highly recommend them and will be definitely passing their details onto my friends and family.Score 10 out of 10!!!

super friendly, i was a little nervous going in there but felt so at ease!! doc talks you through the process, so you understand what’s actually going on. also super quick, was in and out in 10 minutes. my left ear was blocked for 2 weeks couldn’t hear a thing, yet within minutes my hearing was back!! i am so pleased with the results🥰🥰

Wow, I would highly recommend. After a weeks holiday I came home the weekend and could barely hear. Had my appointment this evening. I couldn’t tell you the last time I could hear as good as I do now. 5⭐️
