Wren Kitchens

Fantastic from start to finish. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Pete our kitchen designer, he was always so patient with us. We were kept well informed throughout the process and everything happened just as we were told it would. Everyone that we dealt with from designer to delivery guys to quartz guys were pleasant and professional. We cannot recommend Wren at Carlisle highly enough.

Great with helping design and have to say they were extremely patient with my changing stuff. Very helpful 😃

Great kitchens - friendly staff I’d go as far as to say better than IKEA Would be even better if it was free. (Wink wink nudge nudge) No pool though?

I have been left 26 days without a useable kitchen. The initial design and contact with wren was really good and gave me great confidence. However this soon changed post installation. On the day of installation the kitchen was fitted however there were a couple of damaged panels and an incorrect draw front. The installer kindly reordered these parts for us, no issues here and was to be expected. However the installer failed to install the sink as per the contract because he said he was not insure to do so. The contract states “Install Wren supplied Sinks and Taps and connect to supply and waste (to suitable connection points within 600mm of required location).” We reported the issues on the date of installation 2nd July and been told anything from just get a plumber to they will get the installer back to it’s easy just install it yourselves. We are now being told that there are no fitters available in the area to complete the remediation works. Our original fitter must be called Houdini because he did a vanishing act. I paid £2,189.83 for wren approved installation and to me this has failed and now breach of contract. We are on day 26 post installation and wren have left us without a useable kitchen. Not acceptable to any customer and really saddening considering the cost. To add to all this wren state in the contract “ Wren states in the Contract “If you have opted for a finance option, this will be activated on completion of the dry fit. (Completion means the installation of all items listed in the 'Guide to Wren approved installation works').“ Guess what? My finance was activated. Order 42810132

dont bother, first trip lovely and smooth. I dont live at the property told it didn't matter. Should have got a clue when I had to go twice as they didn't ask the correct measuring person to go and cancelled then would have saved myself so much stress. Should also have got a clue when I took time off work to finalize and the salesperson had called in but no one told me or cancelled my appt was left waiting a while. Still went ahead. Big mistake, job botched, chased refit, finally got a date, then it was changed, then confirmed, then cancelled at 15:30 the day before after I planned time off work. New date booked for a day I said explicitly i was in hospital. No response since then. I'm moving stuff over friday and cannot get my bed in due to doors being all over the floor. Showroom disorganization carried through to incompetance with every part of the company I dealt with. Don't bother. Also initiated finance before job finished as others have said. Dishonest at worst, incompetant at best. Edit: despite promises no one has reached out to me. I have been told doors won't be replaced as they are "within tolerance" if I do not get a response soon I will be escalating this. Attaching photos since this is work wren apparently think are acceptable. None of these doors shut they warped and are cut too short, I am unsure if a factory or a measuring error and wren do not seem interested in finding out. Edit: went back to finance company and complained, wren promised escalation then said it was a final decision they'd fix one door but not the others, went back to finance wren promised another look, same decision. Am escalating further via finance, nightmare company very insulting to see them on social media patting themselves on the back on DIY SOS for helping disabled people when as a disabled customer I was treated with indifference at best downright rudeness at worst and they have made me so ill with stress I have relapsed several times. If you are considering it, run just run. They don't care.
