Penrith cleaning services ltd.

Stefano and his team are exceptional. We have a large very high-spec furnished holiday home and PCS have consistently delivered a very high standard of cleaning throughout. They carry out thorough inventories on the property and oversee supplies and stock management. They are always receptive to feedback, no matter how small, and immediately act on any requests. Communication is excellent, and they are utterly professional and proactive. Finding cleaners you can trust, if this quality, in the Lake District is a real challenge, and we feel really lucky to have Stefano, Ruth and Isaac to support us. They are utterly reliable, completely trustworthy and a real pleasure to work with. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a first-class, reliable and professional cleaning team.

What an amazing team. Arrived at 7.55am and started cleaning immediately. I had the Standard one off so they were here 3hrs. The work they did was absolutely incredible in the time. I never realised how dirty it was 🙈 My house now shines and smells really clean. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending them & will definitely be calling on their services again.

Stefano and his team have been doing a fantastic job cleaning my holiday let property. I was let down by previous cleaning company so I approached Penrith Cleaning Services at short notice to step in and clean the property in my absence. We now have a regular cleaning arrangement in place. Stefano’s communication and office administration is excellent. Stefano and his team are very attentive, accommodating and understanding of my needs and expectations. They clean and consistently deliver to excellent standard.

Stefano and his housekeeping team are a pleasure to work with. Their communication has been great, always keeping us informed and accommodating our needs, even at short notice. They provide a full reliable service and are always happy to help make adjustments when necessary.

Excellent team who really go the 'extra mile'. Most friendly, happy and flexible. Landlord was very pleased with the results of the clean and I have recommended that she use you in future. Thank you for a great service!
