Carlisle City Control

Martin was professional, friendly and approachable from start to finish. He responded quickly, explained everything clearly and dealt with our wasp nest. It's not always easy finding someone reliable, but Martin was a pleasure to deal with and immediately put us at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing pest control services. Thank you again, Martin. Jo

I texted Martin on Saturday afternoon as I’d discovered a wasps nest in the gable end eaves outside a room we hadn’t used for a few weeks. He replied within 10 minutes to say he could pop out on Sunday morning and sort it. He duly did and the problem was gone within a couple of hours of him leaving. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

From the first contact wth Martin at Carlisle City Control I was impressed with his professionalism and the quality of service I received. I was so reassured by his thorough investigation of my property to find the source of the pest problem and the planned action required. The problem he identified was dealt with effectively and very efficiently. I’ve had no further issues as a result.

Noticed a wasp problem after several had gotten in via a vent outside and were inside  my oven extractor hood. I wasn't sure whether there was a nest, but either way it wasn't ideal—with a wasp phobia and I was due to go away the next day, so I couldn't just leave it. I called and spoke to Martin, who was incredibly helpful and came out straight away. He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and dealt with the problem quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend. Thanks, Martin!

Called Martin who went out his way to visit the same day. He's like the Pied Piper of Cumbria. I explained the problem with the Rats and he explained their habits and ran through what was needed. We found the access points and runs and Martin went to work laying down some poison. I followed his advice of unblocking one of the access points that I had covered and have not seen one since. Checked the poison he put down and sure enough it had been taken within 24 hours. Highly recommended, He knows his stuff and is a pleasure to deal with.
