WLS (West London Security)

We recently had a new automated security gate installed by WLS and everything from the beginning was handled professionally and with expert care. Stefano was around from start to finish to oversee the project and our engineer worked efficiently and was very polite. We will not hesitate in recommending WLS to our friends after the experience we had this week, thanks guys!

Eriglen, with WLS, was fantastic today and genuinely went above and beyond. He was originally attending for what we believed to be an access-control issue with an automatic door, but he quickly and confidently diagnosed that the real problem was faulty electrical wiring. Not only did he clearly explain what was wrong, he resolved the issue efficiently and to a very high standard — well outside the original scope of the job. His problem-solving skills, technical knowledge and calm, professional manner were extremely reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WLS. Exceptional service and a great example of someone who takes real pride in their work.

Service excellence, what an absolute pleasure to work with the WLS Automation Team, great all round service.... we will be working with you again... promise... another happy customer.. All challenges requested were overcome...

WLS installed a telescopic sliding gate, separate pedestrian gate, side access gate, and wall railings at the front of our house. They arranged and managed all groundworks, electrics etc. The whole team was professional and responsive, and accommodated all of our needs (for example installing light curtains to allow us use traditional gates in the telescopic mechanism rather than solid versions). The gates themselves are a high quality, bespoke product (I even went to the factory to see them being made) and I couldn't fault the service from start to finish.

We recently contracted WLS to enhance the security features at our nursery entrance, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism. Steve, who did the site visit, handled all the paperwork and organised the work, was fantastic; extremely efficient, communicative, and meticulous about sticking to proposed deadlines and timelines. The engineers, Zack and Marek, were an absolute dream to work with. Despite the often-hectic nature of nursery drop offs and pick ups, they remained respectful, calm, and accommodating. They patiently answered all our questions, explained the process clearly, and walked us through how everything would work once the installation was complete. Sam, who oversaw the logistics of operation, also took the time to check in with us afterward to ensure we were satisfied and everything had gone smoothly. We highly recommend WLS to anyone considering similar work. It has been one of the best contractor experiences we have had, and we are grateful to the team for making this project stress free and successful. Thank you!
