Astoria | Fire Alarm Installation & Maintenance London

We have 2 London Bridge buildings in need of maintenance of 4 fire and intruder alarm systems. Fraser (Astoria's Contracts Manager) arrived at exactly 4pm as promised and hit the ground running, finding every sensor in record breaking time. One of the systems needed to be reset but he wanted to double-check with an Engineer the following day. Shane (a Senior Engineer) arrived punctually and after a thorough walk-around a 5-storey building, reset the system and was finished within 60 mins. How much extra were we charged for this impressive Customer care? Nothing! I was told it is part of Astoria's comprehensive maintenance service. BTW we parted from our last alarm maintainer, as they were slow to respond and frequently late, so we should have moved to Astoria years ago.
