Wise Property Care Ltd

YOU DECIDE!!!! Hi Folks a little awareness, what this company does not tell you on their website is that they charge for a quotation (£140.00 plus vat) before they will attend the property and if commissioned to carry out the works supposedly reimburse from the bill once the work has been carried out. What!!!! What century are they living in, they've got to be having a laugh because I am. What normally happens in these situations is that when there is need to have necessary works carried out on a property insurance companies normally require two sometimes three quotes and you pick the one of your choice which if you have initially chosen trusted companies is normally the most cost efficient. In this instance, Wise Property Care Ltd. I suppose "are holding you to ransom" because if they are not the most cost efficient (reasonably priced) quotation and they are not the chosen company to carry out the said works for whatever reason you are down app. £168.00. ha! ha! made my day! What this should tell you is that whatever quotation price they come in at (even if the most expensive) they could be accused of directing you to the most expensive quote to reclaim your £168.00 back and they must be aware of this unfair practice. This scenario will surely not please Insurance companies in fact just about to call my insurance company and get their views on the matter. Await an update! But in the mean time I strongly suggest that this company Wise Property Care Ltd. should have a rethink and really consider adhering to a commitment of good practice which it is apparent they are not doing so at present.
