Ordered 20 bags of topsoil for delivery today, wasn’t home however came back to the bags neatly stacked right next to where they’ll be going. Really delighted with the person who delivered this today so please tell them thanks from me. Chuffed to bits, thank-you

I am here to award Graeme great thanks. He was helpful, patient. Graeme went the extra mile! I was buying paint. He helped me to save money by pointing out paint on shelves instead of paying extra to have it mixed. I spent a pleasant hour and a half with Graeme. Unlike another employee whose name I can't remember who watched me struggle with floor protection sheets without offering a single bit of help!! I have a bad knee and use a walking stick! Viva Graeme. He is the best!

Zero stars for the unpleasant blonde girl in kitchen department, did not want to assist. Basically a sign could do her job ,better " its on the website" stoney faced and deliberately rude . , possibly because we interrupted her fun with her friend . The man who gave us customer services number was lovely . 5 stars to him.

Nonchalant, slightly ignorant staff. Stood in front of the counter where 4 staff stood, no eye contact, no welcome, no service until one member of staff had finished applying hand cream to another member of staff, then decided to ask how they could help. Not impressed!

Wickes Stirling have great customer service. They just seem happier than across the road at B&Q. Will be going here more often from now on.
