Ayesha and Peter; an asset to this store! So friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store, especially as there is a trade discount. I hadn’t known this, and Peter filled me in! Ayesha (manager) then kindly (and patiently) refunded my entire £200 shop so that I could get my 10% on my new TradePro account. Very impressed. Thank you both!

Staff unhelpful and unhappy to help. Imagine you come into the store to spend £2,000 on materials every month. You hope for some help and some assistance with a few questions. The ppl that work there can't be bothered. I asked the guy in the till if he could apply the trade discount as I was there with a different car and didn't have the keyring with me, and although the guy in the till recognised me as I shop there a lot, he said: "no! You can't.". "No problem" I said. I used to shop a lot at Wickes over the years, thousands of £££, but moved all my business construction materials and even screws to other suppliers. From thousands of pounds worth of shopping every year , to £200 max per year. Enjoy Wickes.

Terrible experience getting a kitchen installed. Initial Wickes approved fitter was aggressive, incompetent and deceitful. Wickes customer relations team were uncommunicative, unhelpful and unfair in awarding compensation for delays and damages, ultimately leaving us out of pocket. The design team at the store were very good and the products seem of high quality, however I would not recommend using Wickes to install. Update: No follow up from Wickes after I completed the form. Zero stars for customer service.

I've written to the CEO as can't get a reasonable response from anyone. Don't use wickes for a bathroom Install. They have messed me around for Months, haven't delivered the goods after having moved the install date and delivery date without even informing me. They have now (today)1 week away from the install, told me it's been cancelled and can't install for 6 months. Total joke, total cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

Wonderful establishment, one of the best. You can get spades and drills honestly it's a bloody fantastic day out. Especially if you take kids and let them run free. So funny seeing the staff trying to persuade them to come down from the top rack of plasterboard, oh such fun
