Great staff full of knowledge. Always able to answer questions and know where stock is. disappointed that the burger van has been moved on by management as his food and prices were amazing. We now go to another trade store with a burger van so we can grab breakfast/lunch during work hours.! And for that reason I’m removing 3 stars. This is a lovely modern store. With a very nice kitchen and bathroom range. It’s slightly smaller than the nearby Homebase. The car park is small! You can often feel like your not gonna get a space here to park

Really poor experience. Installer broke our washing machine and refused to accept responsibility. Wickes customer service have been useless, we’ve just been passed around between different people. Also the bathroom ended up costing much more than they said it would as the designer neglected to add several costs such as plugging the radiator in. Really disappointed given the amount we paid.

We had a new bathroom fitted just over 2 years ago. Do not trust the 15 year warranty - we bought high end taps, and the bath tap is already leaking despite infrequent use. Customer service immediately declared the problem wear and tear and declined the warranty request. The tap is simply low quality. I will never buy Wickes again and strongly recommend everyone to avoid.

The Wickes team keen to give as an early installation date before we paid. Once we paid, the date was pushed back, pushed back and pushed back again. No one at customer service helps. Would not do again- terrible service. Still waiting.
