Welsh Property Management Holiday Home Specialists

I have used Matt and his team for many years to clean and manage my property for holiday lets. Living a considerable distance from the house, I rely on Matt heavily. He does a fantastic job, the house is always immaculate and he is always on hand to manage any maintenance issues. 5 star service - recommend highly.

Matt has been managing my properties for nearly a year now since we relocated to America. We interviewed many different management companies as leaving your most valuable assets in the care of someone else can be quite daunting. As soon as we spoke with Matt we new he was the right fit for us. He always goes above and beyond what is expected, always responsive and we have had great reviews since he has been looking after the properties. Thank you Matt 🙏

We have been partnering Welsh Property Management now for 7 months, we are a growing booking company, short lets etc in North Wales, we wanted to team up with a reliable management company and we certainly found it. The guest feedback has been excellent since we switched over to them, courteous and high end finish! Steven Gower MD

WPM are reliable, honest, supportive and have great communication skills. This I have experienced working with them over the years, managing a holiday let, and is wholly refreshing in business today. I recommend Welsh Property Management 100%.

The WPM team have been cleaning my holiday home in Anglesey for about 4 years now and they are superb. Great cleans, high attention to detail, very communicative and helpful. Wouldn't use anyone else now!
