Very happy with the service at Wells city Pharmacy. The staff are welcoming, respectful, and always ready to help. I really appreciate the excellent service and the way they treat customers with care and patience. Thank you so much to the whole team. Keep up the great work! 👏❤️

On a number of occasions they have not given me the correct prescription (product's) my view they swap what you should get for a cheaper inferior product. When challenged they try and fob you off, never an apology. I now go to boots

Depends which member on staff serves you. Some are extremely friendly others can be pretty rude!

Rudest most condescending staff i have ever met. Have changed to Boots now, because i have never had one good experience here

Seriously considering changing pharmacy after yesterday’s experience. They’ve always been on the slow side but I’m a patient woman and work in the NHS so I can let it go but yesterday I was only 2nd in line to collect both mine and my mother in laws prescription. The person before me got served and then the lady just walked off. While I’m waiting some guy in a high viz jacket who I’m assuming works on the health park came in and walked right up to the till. As someone finally comes to the prescription counter he barges in and starts talking about some meeting. But it’s not just a quick ‘there’s a meeting’. It was a long, rambling conversation! Finally I get served and she does my mother in laws prescription and then she disappears to help someone else. Even though I said I had 2 to collect. Finally she comes back and I finally get my script, which I pay for. She hands it over to the lady at the till, small older woman with glasses, and disappears. Meanwhile I spend nearly 10 minutes waiting to pay while the lady at the till tries to work out a £1.79 difference! I’m seriously considering leaving £10 on the side and leaving but finally get served. No apology. She asks what she’s doing, so I say a script charge and she just says £9.90. No please. I have over £10. No thank you. So rude. If you’re that busy, considering opening on a Saturday as well!
