Barchester Crandon Springs Care Home

From the moment you arrive to the time you are leaving, there is a wonderful welcome from all the Staff. From the Reception, Office Staff (including the new General Manager), Carers, Cleaners, Maintenance, Laundry, Catering and Activity Staff, all are pleasant and pleased to see you. Any queries are dealt with quickly by all the Staff and nothing is too much trouble. Resident/Relative meetings are held regularly and everybody gets the Minutes emailed to keep all up to date. The Energy within the building from Staff, and Residents is amazing.

Crandon Springs Care Home is exceptional, all the staff are so friendly, helpful, caring and professional, I cannot rate everthing highly enough. Knowing you can leave your loved one there and that they will be looked after with the utmost care is such a relief if you are not close by. Thank you to everyone, you are doing an amazing job.
