Great place for sewing, dry cleaning, key-cutting, and even ironing. Sewing - just paid £50 for two trousers and two jackets (with several holes + a patch in one). Did a great job. Dry cleaning - good value and comes back quickly (as long as you remember to collect it in a week). Key-cutting - doesn't do all types but does most. Am a new landlord + the keys he did worked first time... unlike Timpsons, which took three cuts. Ironing- £60 for two baskets. A tad pricey but pretty good. Suggestions would be: 1. Remove the social distancing notice - it's not Lockdown no more. 2. Have a card payment system - paying by cash or bank transfer is quite old skool. 3. Advertise online. Great shop though and always good to chat to.

Easily the best place in Oxford. My north face puffer had 3 big tears in it and he told me he could do it by next Tuesday (it was Thursday). I mentioned in passing that I don’t have a spare coat and he did it for me by Friday! Legend this guy.

This place is terrific. Brought them my favourite suit jacket caked in luminous candle wax, thought it a write-off but it came back good as new. For a tenner! Previously used them for alterations and always been spot-on. Plus they managed to successfully duplicate my front door key when Timpsons couldn't. Absolutely love Wash & Sew, 10/10.

Amazing dry cleaning service. Very reasonably priced (~£35 for 4 items, 3 of which were vintage) and it was clear each piece I took had time and attention put into cleaning. One vintage jacket that had not seen a cleaning in years, taking two attempts to clean fully, and a cream jumper I’d spilled red wine down both came back looking brand new. Super appreciative of the work that went into cleaning everything, felt like having a new wardrobe when they were collected. Would highly recommend.

Been a regular here for a few years now! Always a great professional service and my coats, blazers , jackets are in great condition as a result :)
