Ultra Home Services

Ultra Home Services delivers exactly what you expect from a professional cleaning company consistency, reliability, and visible quality. Communication is clear and efficient, appointments are respected, and the team works thoroughly without cutting corners. Both the overall cleanliness and attention to detail are of a high standard. No half measures, no excuses just a spotless result. Highly recommended and definitely a service you can rely on.

I've been with Ultra for nearly 2 years now. They visited my home to assess the time needed for what I wanted, produced a detailed plan, and we went from there. However, we've adjusted the rate several times when I have needed more and then fewer services. They are very flexible and easy to contact. They are utterly reliable, always turn up, and always inform me of their ETA the day before. More than that, they add in extra days (I normally have a service fortnightly) when I've needed it and often at very short notice. If I've had to be working from home when they are here, they work around me and are so considerate. In the past I have used their Spring cleaning services, and would definitely do so again. When I was looking for a cleaning service Ultra was not the cheapest estimate but, they seemed the most professional, contactable, and personable. I remain happy with my choice!

I have been with Ultra for seven years and find them reliable and diligent. After an assessment of what needs to be done, one gets a quote so everything is transparent and agreed beforehand. Their cleaners are thorough, respectful, and take great pride in giving a good service. I am always asked to inspect and make any complaints so they can be rectified on the spot. I do not remember ever complaining and I am particularly pleased that Ultra do their best to accommodate emergency requests. I also like the fact that they nudge me from time to time to remind me it is time for a spring clean, carpet clean etc. I recommend them unreservedly.
