Regency Dry Cleaners

I had a bridesmaids dress dry cleaned and altered and the results are perfect. The hemming along the bottom of the dress looks exactly as it did when I first bought it - very neat and professional. And the stains are completely gone! Efficient and friendly service also - highly recommend!

Regency did an excellent job cleaning all my sofa and cushion covers. I pointed out where the marks were and although I was warned that removing them might not be possible, the covers came back immaculate and perfectly ironed. Cleaning is done on site and they are experts.

Regency Dry Cleaners ruined my black wool skirt. As can be seen from the photos, the trim at the top of the skirt was badly damaged and a shiny plastic tape added in places to camouflage the damage. The skirt was also covered in small hairs. It is now unwearable. I am very disappointed in the standard of cleaning and do not recommend them to other customers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Took my Canada Goose jacket to Regency Dry Cleaners after a recommendation from my father, and I’m really glad I did. They did an excellent job — the colour has been brought back beautifully and the jacket looks refreshed and well cared for. The service was great value for money and clearly handled with expertise. I’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend them to others!

Definitely recommend this place. I took in a second-hand, heavy, layered dress with stains that had been there some time, they were able to remove and reduce the appearance of all the stains as well as press the dress. I took the dress in late on a Thursday, and they were able to get it back to me by the Tuesday. Very happy with the results and excellent customer service.
