TWC Group

Pleased to have this company collecting my clinical waste. Gina, who collects from my premises is lovely. She contacts me prior to collection day so I can leave it outside if I'm unable to answer the door. Last visit I'd not picked up that reminder but Gina very kindly waited as we exchanged messages and I rushed back to enable collection. So grateful to her and she was so kind about my oversight

Can’t fault the service we receive from Simon on each visit to our company, what a pleasant helpful employee and always a pleasure to see him!

Fantastic service. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating staff. They have gone out of their way to make sure I am happy with my clinical waste bin. My contract is only small but I feel really well looked after. A pleasure to deal with.

TWC have been providing our sanitary bin service for about three years now. The service is done to a high standard with the sanitary bins being left clean and oder free! Simon has been very accommodating, checking about access the day before and working with our schedule. Also a very amiable and cheerful chap. Great service with a smile!

Simon visits out surgery every fortnight. He is always very friendly and polite... We would give him 5 stars
