Addisons Electrical and Security Contracting

Excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to installation of my Ring floodlight camera. Matthew is a credit to the company, probably one of the politest trade professionals I've dealt with, even cleaned up! Wish I had used Addisons for past works, and will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

ADDISONS ELECTRICAL AND SECURITY LTD Highly do not recommend this company!! 1st they turned up 4 hrs later 2nd Was told NO CALL OUT FEES yet charged 30 minutes travel time to property on top of the 1 hrs spent at property (CALL OUT CHARGE). On top then charged for fuel as they called it a (fuel adjustment charge) was not made aware of/ disclosed also was told by engineer problems was solved yet les than 24 hrs later problem persisted then contacted company to resolve the issue just to be told they would have to recharge me if they was to send another engineer out again . Totally disgusted with their service and after service support as well .

Had a 32amp line and RCD certified and installed and tested. Great service and guidance and quick install at a god price, thanks so much.

First of all, Matt is amazing. Protect him at all costs as he is such an asset to your company. He not only fixed my electrical problem but he took the time to explain the issue to me and it was actually really interesting! I'm very impressed and will be coming to you for any future problems. I 100% recommend the company

Addisons have worked for me in the past very satisfactorily and have just done an excellent job for me in a difficult situation. It was reassuring to have Gavin and his well chosen team working out what was required, communicating with me and getting it done. They are efficient, intelligent and good to work with - a very professional but friendly and helpful company. RH
