Tradetech Roofing limited

Absolutely delighted with the roof and roughcasting. Paul and his team are so courteous and professional, explaining every aspect of the work carried out. Aftercare regarding clean up was done to perfection, I have no hesitation in recommending this brilliant local company. Thank you so much for transforming a tired looking house!

I live an 1970's semi detached house and decided that bringing it up to date would be a good idea! I contacted Tradetech (my local firm) in 2022 and explained what was required. At the time, that consisted of completely re roughcasting the exterior (from being half roughcast and brick to full roughcasting). I also wanted the roof tiles replaced and that included re boarding the roof itself and replacing the guttering. I had a front porch with a flat roof which required to be converted to a sloping roof. To finish I also wanted my external garage (which wasn't connected to the house) to be roughcast and re-roofed also. To my mind, the quotation was very fair and easy to understand all the individual costings. The work was completed later on in the summer and lasted two weeks. Each element of the job was professionally done by an excellent team. The co-ordination from Scaffold erection, delivery of all the kit, skip delivery, and completion of the work (Roof, Porch, Roughcasting, Guttering, Garage etc) was done with minimal disruption and everything was tidied up on completion. The finished house looked like a show house and it still does! I would completely recommend Tradetech to anyone who requires this kind of work to de done. Thank You Tradetech.

Really pleased with the job Tradetech did for us, we had a full re-roof and also had the front end of our house re-rendered. The final result looks great and happy with the price we paid. Paul, Johnny and the team worked hard and kept us well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend / use again in the future.

In a street behind my house I witnessed over 5 days, what appeared to be a very efficient team (Tradetech) completely removing old tiles etc, and replacing sarking boards, tiles etc. I was very impressed by the way the work was carried out and therefore I obtained a quote from Tradetech. The work to replace my roof was carried out in 5 days from start to finish all as per quote. Again, very quiet and efficient, tidying up as they went. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul's team who were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend the Tradetech team who are all polite and very pleasant. I am sure if you engage with Tradetech for your roofing work whatever is required you will be very impressed. (Even the cat!)

I have continuously used this company for many of my properties now and they deliver exceptional results every time. Their team is the definition of professional, always giving honest, transparent advice and very fair pricing. A solid 5 star service every time and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top quality workmanship.
