Dirt Free Exterior Cleaning

Wow, what a great job Dirt-Free did on the roof of my elderly in-laws house yesterday, 02 Jun. Scott is the loveliest courteous guy. From the moment he arrived, he explained the process to us all and kept us informed throughout. The roof looked great and he ensured the walls, windows and pathways were all hosed down and tidy. He left the whole of the house outside, cleaner than before !!!Once they had finished, Scott came into the house and explained to my in-laws again of what they had done and if any questions or concerns he would only be too happy to address them. That left them feeling reassured. I really can’t recommend Dirt-Free and Scott enough and hence why this review is so long. Thanks again Scott.

Right from initial contact to completion of work carried out at my home, Scott (and associate) carried out an excellent job on cleaning roof, soffit, and gutters. From start to finish, his company provided a very professional, informative, and courteous service. He kept me up to date at all times with approx arrival, what he was doing and even approx completion time. Would highly recommend him to anyone requiring this kind of service. Even gathered up all my garden leaves which wasn't even part of the job. Thanks again Scott.

Excellent service from start to finish from Dirt-Free Exterior Cleaning. Placed an online enquiry for roof and gutter cleaning and was contacted by Scott who was very polite and knowledgeable. Ran through the process in great detail and provided a quote. Booking a time and date was quick and easy, and Scott even called to say they could move the date forward if it suited due to cancellation, but no pressure put on me to do so. Great care taken to ensure no damage and minimal mess around property, all of which was cleaned up and left even tidier than before. Scott kept me up to date with how the work was going and the timescale, even when I had to leave for work halfway through the job. The results were fantastic, roof now stands out in the street as it is so clean! Scott recommended an extra treatment to remove a few stubborn spots of lichen and help protect the roof going forward but stated it would not be required immediately and there was absolutely no pressure from himself to get this done, no hard sell. All in all, from start to finish, the knowledge, professionalism and standard of work from the guys was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services.

Incredible service from start to finish. We made an enquiry through the website and Scott called to chat through our needs within days. Quote offered and accepted and date for work given quickly. Work is impeccable. Full day spent removing 45 years worth of dirt, moss and everything else! Roof is very clean now Scott left our property, garden and surrounding areas spotless. He even cleaned up our neighbour's gardens where some residue had landed during the clean! Would absolutely recommend this company for a professional, friendly service from start to finish. 100% happy with everything done.

Had enquired on the Tuesday and had the roof cleaned on the Thursday due to a cancellation at a very reasonable price. Great service and very friendly. Roof and fascias look so much better. Very pleased and would highly recommend!
