We had a fantastic experience with Pest Solutions. Thomas and Apryl were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the visit. They thoroughly inspected our kitchen and identified and blocked all the possible entry points for mice, taking the time to explain what they were doing and answer our questions. Their attention to detail and reassuring approach gave us real peace of mind. Connor was fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable. He worked around my work schedule, always on time and had great communication by text alerting me to when I was booked for an appointment and when he was on the way with an ETA. Fantastic service, professional, knowledgeable and friendly and kept me updated on each visit. I would recommend 100% and I do not usually write reviews, however, on this occasion I made an exception due to high level of customer service and satisfaction with the great job I received - well done.

Conner attended for the first visit and was clearly very knowledgeable,experienced and personable. On his follow up visit he was accompanied by Pauline, a new recruit who I’m sure will do well under Connor’s tutelage. He left me with a clear understanding of follow up contact but I’m confident that he’s now resolved the issue. Pest control isn’t a service we want to have to use, but should the need arise again, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Pest Solutions.

Great company. Helpful when phoned with initial enquiry regarding two wasps nests. Lewis was fantastic- great communication, came out the same day, explained everything thoroughly and even spoke with the neighbours. Checked in a week later to make sure everything was ok. Very, very impressed. 100% recommend.
