I hired Total Maintenance to fit a shower mixer tap, install a shower screen, fit a shower riser and reseal a bath. Tommy, responded very quickly to my emails and work commenced a week later. The workman sent was efficient and quick and I am very happy with the quality of the work and my new shower! I plan on doing some more work to my home this year and will be contacting Tommy again.

Tommy & his team totally refurbished our kitchen to a high standard. The carpenter was brilliant always cleared up at the end of the day. The guys were always professional & extremely hard workers. After completing the kitchen they built a shed to house my dads mobility scooter & built a hard standing to sit the shed on. It was levelled to the gate which makes getting the scooter in & out very easy. Would not hesitate recommending Tommy & his team.

Total Maintenance North London Ltd were engaged to supply and fit a front door and some plinth work. All specifications agreed in advance and 50% paid to secure work. Tommy then stated the specification of door was not available and that in order for him to supply what we paid for we would need to pay additional "admin" costs. This was a breach of contract and the surprise mention of additional charges demonstrated unscrupulous practices so we requested a full refund. Note: It took 5 minutes to Google another supplier and a phone call to check the original specification door could be supplied but Tommy wanted to charge hundreds for “admin”. Refund should have been simple, as no work was ever started, but multiple emails and letters later (to registered business and directors addresses) and not a single pound has been returned and we are having to go through the courts. Total Maintenance North London Ltd and Tommy ignored all recorded delivery letters and e-mails, even all correspondence from the court. The court reviewed and granted a County Court Judgement (CCJ) ordering payment. The deadline from the CCJ has passed and still no refund and we are having to pursue the next steps to enforce the judgement. I'll update this review if there are any developments and Total Maintenance North London Ltd and director Tommy issue a full refund which is what the Citizens Advice / Trading Standards teams and County Court all confirm should have happened.

This is the third time I’ve used Total Maintenance North London and yet again Tommy and his team have been brilliant. They really are what their strap line claims - ‘Where we are small enough to care but big enough to cope’. Nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone.
