Superb customer service. Lianne and the team were super efficient. My repair took a couple visits but they were accommodating and communicated with me throughout. Issues were resolved in a timely way. Can’t imagine I’d ever say this about home repairs but truly a pleasure!

They diagnosed a broken dishwasher and installed a replacement for me when I was out of town. They communicated very well (for this kind of thing) along the way, with emails that were useful, cogent, clear, and timely. The written documentation of their work was also excellent - very clear and comprehensive reports with photos. Their quote and the options they presented were reasonable too. They only thing that wasn't perfect was that they couldn't get the dishwasher down the stairs on the first visit, so they had to come back and try again on a second day. But these things happen, and in the end I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

The landlord arranged the appointment date and time. However, Lianne subsequently contacted me to confirm whether the scheduled time was convenient. Lianne was courteous and accommodating, providing a detailed explanation of the work to be performed. I would recommend their services.

Our water boiler had a issue i raised a maintenance ticket. In no time Lianne and Max contacted me replied back to my issue. My availability was checked,engineer was arranged to check the boiler and it is repaired now. Thank you Jula. Engineer was a good men dnt know his name.Explained in detailed about the issue. This is the company that my landlord's agency uses for home works. I've had a good experience with them for bulb changing, gas stove issues and plumbing. For plumbing in particular it was quite a complicated issue causing me a lot of pain - the engineer qeeper sent was very knowledgeable and skilled and fixed my issue
