TK Property Maintenance LTD

It has been a pleasure working with Tom and his team. We would not have wanted to work with anyone else during this period . They made what could have been a very stressful process a much smoother one. We had high expectations and we have not been disappointed. Thank you

Tom and team delivered a sizable house extension, kitchen and w/c for me in 2024. I'm very happy with the work including all stages from quote through to construction. Tom was professional, amenable, reliable and efficient. The work was completely on time, to a high quality and was competitively priced. I would happily recommend Tom if you are thinking of using his services!

Tom and hie team.completed our extension on time and within budget. Tom was on hand to offer help and suggestions when needed and kept the planning team involved at crucial stages to ensure an east sign off at the end of the project. The standard of work was good throughout and the key thing that made this build so easy was the easy communication we had at each step of the way. We were very happy with the result and would have the team back.

It’s a stressful task finding a building firm you feel you can trust, however, right from the first meeting I knew I could trust Tom and his team. Tom came highly recommended, it makes sense to listen to people who have experience and everything the guys did was done professionally and to a high spec. No issue was too difficult and changing things on the hoof didn’t cause problems and more importantly didn’t Incur inflated costs. If you want a job done to high quality, reasonably priced and delivered to timescale, contact Tom.

Ours was not an easy project due to the physical restraints of the room. We had mapped out the installations we wanted and thought we knew what was possible. However, Tom was able to lend us his expertise so that we knew what was actually possible in the plumbing and building world. This enabled us to change tack on a couple of items which would not have been appropriate. This ultimately saved us money. Miri ( hope I am spelling that right) is an exceptional and talented worker. The electricians worked quickly. A bathroom requires many skills and Tom and his team were tidy and respected our home throughout their time. The work was also delivered on budget despite a number of rethinks that were required due to unexpected discoveries. We have already requested Tom and his team do some more work for us and look forward to working with them again soon.
