Put the quality barbour shoes in to be re soled for my sons wedding. After wearing the on the day the new sole fell off! Return them and initialy was told sorry they will repair them and that they would call within a week. One month later I called in to ask what was happening. The so colled boss told me if was nothing to do with them as the shoes had been reloed!!! Absolute arrogance and clueless in his attitude and ultimately couldn't care less. If you value your clothes or shoes avoid these absolute con men. I would give less than one star if possible. Dreadful.

Got a shield done by the guys at Morrisons store excellent service we wouldn’t go anywhere else for engraving work.

Kevin and Paula in store were fantastic. Made me and my family feel very welcome with their friendly, relaxed personalities. It’s people like you guys that will keep me coming back to this particular Timpsons. Thank you once again :)

Their opening times state they close at 6pm during the week, however, upon visiting at 5:30pm the chap working there was in the back getting changed to go home. He was unhappy to serve me as I was disrupting his early exit and also overcharged me for getting 3 keys cut. He clearly told me it was £9 per key and for some unknown reason charged £22.50. Very poor, will not be returning and would not recommend.

I took a pair of curtains in for cleaning & unfortunately a pen was scooped up when they were put into the machine. The staff were very apologetic, refunded the cleaning costs immediately & put me on to management for compensation. The manager was not very helpful. The curtains are double width & heavy weight due to street lights outside. Replacement would be about £300 but he would not pay more that £100. Very disappointed.
