Timpson

I wish to thank Cameron at Timson's Edinburgh Road, Perth for his first rate service and assistance. I asked him to change the battery in my Skoda key fob as the key wasn't being recognised by the vehicle. Cameron checked the battery and found it to be fully charged. He could have just sold me another battery but instead he diagnosed that the key probably needed resynchronised which went beyond my technical ability. He then volunteered to go to my car and carry out the resynchronisation which he did successfully. Great service Cameron very many thanks again!

Fantastic service from Cameron today. This young man is a great example of how people should be with customers. Thank you and we’ll be back whenever we need anything at all.
