I went to the store johns shopping centre branch in a Saturday and was served my Micheal. What a polite kind helpful member of your team he is. He went out of his way to help me and I greatly appreciated it. So please pass on my thanks for fixing my watch. I wish all shops had such nice team members front of house

Nipped in to see about getting a leather bracelet shortened. I was met by Michael who was a well-mannered member of staff who immediately got to work after checking it was suitable for shortening. It was out within 10 mins, after a few cuts were made to suit my wrist. I will happily return for any other needs within Timpson services!
