Timpson

Aaron was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and a friendly gentleman. Will definitely be back in the future.

I got a key cut few days ago but it didn’t work. Today I went back to this branch and explained that the key neck was too thick and if it could be rubbed or thinned a bit. But I was told to bring back the original key to compare. The guy at the branch was VERY RUDE and kept doing Shhush shush. I already had sent the original key back to the landlord in London. It was a matter of simply thinning the key a tiny bit but the guy was so eager to prove his authority and refused to do anything. Very Bad experience. Never again will I use Timpsons. Better to go to our local Locksmith who is at least polite.

The guy that works here (I think his name is Aaron) is an absolute gentlemen and a professional in his craft. You're not paying him enough. I return here to get ALL keys cut and watch batteries changed. 👍🏻👍🏻

Very friendly and knowledgeable have had a great chat

Phoned just now to get advice on replacing a vehicle key with central locking, the gent who answered was so very helpful with his recommendations - way beyond what I would have expected. Straight on Google to leave a 5-star review, service and attention like this is very rare these days and deserves to be recognised. You've earned a new loyal customer today.
