the housekeeper

The Housekeeper has matched our properties to a wonderful select team who, together with Adam offer THE perfect stress-free solution for a remote owner.

I moved my holiday property to The Housekeeper around 3 years ago. The standards of my previous provider were beginning to decline, and I felt that I was always on standby. Since moving to The Housekeeper the situation has greatly improved. Not only do Adam, Brenda and the team provide a high standard cleaning service, they have been able to respond to the inevitable issues that occur over the year at any holiday let. I know that Adam will arrange any necessary works to be undertaken and will keep me updated on the progress. I receive regular updates on reviews and comments left on site, as well as issues noted by the team and I can respond to these myself or ask The Housekeeper to undertake these on my behalf. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend to other holiday let owners.

After using the housekeeper, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their friendly staff and reliability makes them the best choice for handovers, they always leave the place looking like new. If there are any problems, they are willing to help out no matter how small. I highly recommend.

The Housekeeper has transformed the management of my busy holiday let in Anglesey. I was at my wits end having dealt with many years of unreliable and sub-standard changeovers when I was introduced to the Housekeeper. What a revelation! My changeovers are now consistent, reliable and executed to a very high standard. Any maintenance issues are handled with speed and efficiency. They are a very professional and pleasant team to work. The fear of that Friday night guest arrival phonecall is no more and so much of the headache involved in running a holiday let has been removed. I can’t thank them enough and wholeheartedly recommend the Housekeeper to anyone looking for expert management of their holiday home.

Charlotte, Adam & all the team are amazing they treat our holiday let as their own with the same professionalism and attention to detail as we would. We couldn’t do it without them! No crisis is ever too big or small. Always friendly, approachable and reliable. I am extremely grateful I found them!
