The Eurogroup / Europest Environmental Services

I was experiencing mice issue in my home for the 1 month. I am allergic to mice and rats. I complaint to my landlord and he sent the Europest team for the pest control. After they visited and conducted the pest control, I haven’t seen a single mice. The team was very friendly who did the pest control and I also got a phone call yesterday for the follow up visit. Highly recommended!!!!

Crap. Came up three times, laid some traps with peanut butter on them, captured one rat, gave us some advise on what to do in future that I could have found on the web and took £150. Self-propelling business my friends. (Is there not a company out there who survey the property, looks at how they might be getting in and actually stops them coming in in the first place?!)

Didn’t send technicians when they were supposed to. Carried on taking money from our account after we’d cancelled. Do not recommend

Outstanding service, responded within 24 hours. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, I will definitely use and recommend this company again!

Poor job - we had a mouse problem that was never uncovered despite regular inspections, we had to go to a local firm to solve the issue.
