I was charged over the phone for an appliance service. Paid 149 pounds for what was supposed to be the service. I would just be supposed to pay for the part that had the fault. If it couldn't be repaired, then I would receive the money back. The technician was very nice, kind and helpful. However, the part to be repaired would cost the same price as a new appliance, which obviously isn't worth doing. When I called back to explain the issue, firstly, they didn't answer my call (I was calling from my mobile, the one I used to request the service. It was impossible to reach them through my mobile. Just when I called from ANOTHER number (that's why previous reviews reported they are scam! I was silly not reading the reviews before calling this company) I could speak to someone. Their system identified that I was calling from another number not listed on my account. After explaining the issue, I was informed that the money cannot be refunded. Basically, I paid 149 for an expert technician visit, which I would have happily paid (as they were very good, but they are outsourced) if it had been previously explained or agreed upon, but it wasn't. Besides that, I was enrolled in a subscription that I was CLEAR I didn't want. Unfair charge for something that was not agreed upon. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Booked them for 149 pound to come and change rhw washing machine door rubber sealant. I told them i boight a part but ita not compatible so they would need to supply the part i even sent them the model number etc. young technician turns up and is trying to fit the part that isn't compatible the after 20 mins sais he is leavinv and would requote for partand anotjer visit despite me telling them no point visiting without hetting the right part. They then msg to charge me another 108 pound to revisit! They are basically scamming people and try to catch you by adding visits. Shocking service for the high prices they charge sont make same mistake as me stay away from them!

Avoid this company! Claimed the engineer did a full assessment of my fridge freezer when I’m fact they opened the door felt the back of the fridge & said it wasn’t fixable! It is an integrated fridge freezer & they didn’t even pull it out to look at it. Now I cannot get through to anyone in their customer services to talk to them. Terrible company. Expensive & does not provide anything remotely like a service

Cancelled with them in couple of days of taking it out and had refund but now they have tried 4 times to take money out of my bank and can’t get hold of them shocking

Initially I was pleased with this company but it's been nearly 3 weeks since starting this process and it's been nothing but hassle trying to get even the most basic update. Sat for a week with their thumbs up, didn't bother to chase the engineer until I started hounding them. Never call and update when they say they will. Still not had a clear answer about when the part will arrive and the engineer complete the job. Assumed I was paying to avoid all the hassle of arranging a repair myself, but this has been exponentially harder. Repair Number: FCR7318759
