Terry Smyth (Painting Contractors )

Wow! You rarely find a company such as Terry Smyth painting contractors..... 5 stars is just not enough. We had some plaster repair work and indoor decorating done. Martin was incredibly helpful with a great "can do" attitude. Completely trustworthy so we felt happy leaving the house key with them while we were away. The affected rooms were left clean and tidy and the quality of the work is superb. We look forward to when they do the outside now. If this company ran the country, we would be in a better place!! Further update June 2026.......we have had the outside painted during some unbearably hot weather. Martyn and Scott worked through tough conditions with a professional and dedicated attitude. We did have an issue with a relatively small area of external decoration, and I only mention this because you can tell a lot from a company when issues arise. Our issue was respectfully acknowledged, assessed and remedial work undertaken and the issue was resolved within a short time scale. This further promotes Terry Smyth Decoraters as being the 5 star company that I highly recommend.

This is a wonderful company. We have now had their decorating services three times while we have been away. Each time we returned to a beautifully decorated house. We can't praise them enough,

The work done was excellent, and everywhere was left tidy at each stage. Martin was obliging at all times, fitting in with my commitments. I would recommend you to anyone.

We recently used Terry Smyth painters to decorate through our rental property. They started work for us at short notice and were very flexible on getting the work done. The house was kept clean and tidy and the standard of decorating was excellent. The team cannot be faulted, they were a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend.

Michael and Scott were excellent painters. There was proper preparation followed by neat and careful work. The company works on quotes which are not negotiable but the work is first class. They were quiet, punctual and I barely knew they were there most of the time. I would recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
