Techne Solutions Ltd

I simply cannot recommend the services of Techne Solutions highly enough! Unmatchable customer service and unquestionably the highest cleaning standards. We used them for an end of tenancy clean, I was assured the team would do a top notch job and they certainly did! Gordon was an absolute gem, his approach was perfect and he made me feel at ease from the moment he picked up the phone. A visit to the property was arranged quickly, which made me feel I was dealing with true professionals. Our (difficult) landlord couldn't fault the cleaning and we received our deposit back in full. Gordon and the whole Techne team, thank you so much for everything, you made this process far less stressful than it could have been. Keep doing what you do!

Techne Solutions were incredibly professional, polite and friendly right from the outset. They got back to us very quickly and the quote provided was very competitive. The cleaning job they provided was absolutely top class, probably the best I have seen for an end of tenancy clean. They helped to make our lives so much easier and I can't thank them enough for the incredible job they have done.

Terrible company to be avoided at all costs. We paid £360 in January 2024 to have a two bedroomed flat cleaned. Unfortunately the kitchen cupboards were not opened and were left with black mould and dust inside as too were the air grilles and fans in bathroom. It was noted in the checkout report in January 2024. Furthermore Techne Solutions refused to answer messages and emails and thus offered no remedy. This year we used Ideal Solutions who did a wonderful job for just £310.

I used Techne Solutions Ltd for an ‘end of tenancy’ clean. As a result of their hard work I successfully handed the flat back to the landlord. There were no issues and he was really pleased with the cleanliness of the property which means I get all of my deposit back. Money we’ll spent! I just wanted to thank the cleaning team for doing such an excellent job and the management team for making the whole process easy to deal with and stress free. I would definitely recommend Techne Solutions Ltd.

We were moving into a property that hadn’t been lived in for a year and felt dirty and damp. I can’t tell you what a difference it made having Techne Solutions in, prior to us moving in! There was a team of four that worked solidly for a whole day, not missing anything! They were so professional, polite and conscientious. If I had moved in and had to do all the work myself, it would have been an impossible mission. They made a difficult situation a whole lot easier and I am very grateful. Worth every penny!
