We had a great experience with Target Maintenance (particularly Aimee in Head Office & Walti their contractor). All involved were very professional, responsive and willing to help. They did an excellent job painting our flat at our management agency's request via an insurance claim. I’d be very happy to use them again in the future!

I recently used Target maintenance and I was extremely impressed with their service. From the initial phone call, they were professional and responsive. The engineer arrived on time, was polite and efficient, and clearly explained the problem and the solution. The work was completed to a high standard, and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Target to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property maintenance service. I Will definitely be using from now on.

Target provided a fire assessment of our flat and recommended upgrades to the existing door. We paid a deposit for this to be done. They missed the first appointment, then apparently attended without making contact with the residents waiting for them, leaving because the door was not suitable for the work they had recommended despite having performed the initial survey. We agreed in March to completely replace the door and paid an initial deposit. I early June we hear they have not yet ordered the door, but promise updates in a few days. Two more weeks, emails to them go unanswered, calls not returned, no date for the work, or even confirmation the door has been ordered. For 5 months they have had money from us with nothing to show for it.

Excellent service: the engineer went above and beyond regarding the necessary remediation work to the front entrance fire door of my flat.

Awful company. We pay over £250/monthly for service charge each (which extremely high cosidering there are no lifts nor central heating!!), and still the communal areas are in a very poor condition (very dirty walls, carpets, windows and doors) The cleaner signs weekly but does not clean properly at all, just pick up some things from the floor and hoover every now and then. There are always some spider webs, and tissues on window sills are never removed, neither cleaned!
